Petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.09.2016 in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 214 of 2014 for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. One country made pistol and six live cartridge were recovered from near the injured of firearm injury. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody from 21.09.2016 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52749 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Aurangabad/Successor Court, in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 214 of 2014.
