This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 419, 420, 483 and 486 of the Indian Penal Code, 103 and 104 of the Trade Mark Act, 1999, and 63 and 65 of the Copy Right Act, 1957. Allegation against the petitioner is of violation of Trade Mark Laws and Copy Right Laws as well as of cheating.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, or successor Court.
