2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Town (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 235 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are the father-in-law and the brother-in-law (Dewar) of the victim. They are in jail since 31.03.2024. There is general and omnibus allegation against them.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45667 of 2024(2) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town (Muzaffarpur) P.S.
