The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner applied for appointment to the post of Panchayat Teacher but the certificate of the petitioner was found to be forged. It is submitted that the petitioner did not get any appointment. The petitioner has no knowledge about the fake certificate of BETET. Similarly situated co-accused Nikki Nayan and others have been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21971 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26989 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Supaul P.S. Case No. 109/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
