The petitioners seeks bail in Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 164 of the 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 37/45 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. The police apprehended the petitioners and the petitioners were found in drunkard condition. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail 29.03.2017.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the petitioners above named are directed to be
