The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No. 186 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

On the disclosure of the petitioner, about 26 litres of liquor was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 10.04.2017. The petitioner has remained in jail for a month. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
