Petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No.49 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2019 having clean antecedents. Keeping in view the period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, prayer for grant of bail is allowed.
