JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that in course of investigation, he was remanded in the present case.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was arrested in connection with another case in which police forcibly got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner and, thereafter, petitioner was remanded in the present case. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except so called confessional statement recorded in another case, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42841 of 2016 (3) dt.25-11-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Meenapur P.S.Case No. 375 of 2015.
