Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sessions Trial no. 311 of 2008/ 54 of 2010 arising out of Paras Bigha P. S. case no. 93/2007.

Admittedly, petitioner is not named in the first information report but during the course of trial, petitioner and one Krishna Manjhi were summoned under section 319 of the Cr.P.C and co-accused Krishna Manjhi has already been granted privilege of bail by coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 26.09.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 26232/2013.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
