Patna High Court CWJC No.1821 of 2021(4) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 constructed under the Indira Awas Yojana have not been demolished, inasmuch as steps are being taken to settle the land in favour of the house owners, who are landless. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Nalanda for redressal of his subsisting grievances regarding removal of the aforesaid three houses in view of the fact that the land in question has not stood settled in the name of the occupants of the said three houses till date.
