The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2016 in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 434 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and that the injury which is purported to have been inflicted has been found to be simple in nature and also there is a history of land litigation between the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
