The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting daughterin-law of the informant with Khanti. The injury has been found to be grievous on the temporal region.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is counter version of the occurrence also and the petitioner had no intention to kill.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute a ground
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1772 of 2015 (02) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 for consideration of regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 140 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
