Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this Court to the fact that the entire dispute related to children playing cricket and only to harass in a counter case after the altercation as against the petitioners, additional allegation has been made in respect of offences under the SC & ST Act to ensure that the petitioners are humiliated and taken into custody. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Masaurhi, Patna in Punpun PS Case No 9 of 2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
