The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 for the offenses under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that although certain cases are pending against the petitioners but in the instant case when the case was lodged against unknown person and nothing was recovered from the petitioners, they deserve bail as they are languishing in jail since 07.08.2017 and by now they have completed more than nine months. Considering the above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22812 of 2018(4) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017.
