Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 55 of 2017 arising out of Barhara P.S. Case No. 183 of 2016, registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Criminal Misc. 4180 of 2017 on 04.04.2017 with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

On perusal of Annexure-3, it appears that the charge has already been framed. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22409 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 of the case, let the petitioner Mithilesh Yadav @ Mithilesh Kumar Yadav be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-3, Purnea in connection with Sessions Trial No. 55 of 2017 arising out of Barhara P.S. Case No. 183 of 2016.
