The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 106 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though there is no eye witness to the occurrence, the petitioner has been roped in this case on the basis of pure suspicion. Be that as it may and considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30113 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Gorual P.S. Case No. 106 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
