Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from a place with which this petitioner has no concern, as is evident from the seizure list. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49897 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (Excise), Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
