Petitioner seeks bail in Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.40 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is elder brother of husband of the deceased.

In the written report, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Specific allegation of demanding motorcycle in dowry and committing Maarpeet is against the husband.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.37680 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.40 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
