The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 324, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Rajdeo Prasad, the informant named the petitioners and alleged that they and others assaulted him with iron rod and Lathi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case was lodged on account of land dispute. The petitioners are agnates. All the injuries sustained by the informant and others are

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the case has been compromised, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarge on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S.
