The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 633 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 326, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation is regarding the petitioner having fired at the thigh of the wife of the informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury report would show that the wife of the informant has not received any fire arm injury. It is further submitted that barring one case, the petitioner has a fair antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 12.11.2017.

No.24162 of 2018 (2) dt.31-05-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 633 of 2017.
