The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.03.2019 in a case for the offence registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420 and 120(B)/34 of the IPC. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant Rajesh Sharan who is Police Inspector-cum-Officer-in-charge has submitted a report stating therein that on 17.03.2019 one Sudhakar Kumar Das, Munger, has submitted an application before the Sub Divisional Officer, Jamui, informing that after issuing a summon against him from Jamui Court he came to know that on his name, another person is posted in Utkarmit Madhya Vidayala, Ikeriya, Jamui. After verification done by Sub Divisional Officer, it was found that the person who is

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been made accused in the present case due to mistake of fact. Petitioner was posted as Prakhand Teacher. It is alleged that on the fake certificate the petitioner had got appointment. The allegation is denied by the petitioner. On behalf of the learned counsel for the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
