2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 140(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioner is accused of assaulting the boy friend of his wife and demanding extortion.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38330 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Bhagalpur/ concerned Court in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025.
