Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. They are named in the First Information Report along with five others. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both the petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant with lathi and sword. It is further submitted that the injuries attributed to the two petitioners are simple in nature.
Let petitioners, above named, surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the Court below and apply for regular bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17280 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 which should be considered in the light of the injuries attributed to the petitioners and if the injuries are simple in nature, they be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 281 of 2014, G.R.
