JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Trial No. 7475/2014 arising out of Complaint Case No. C-1064 of 2011 registered under Sections 323, 324, 392, 380 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge12, East Champaran, Motihari to show that parties being neighbours have compromised. He further submits that neighbours would not indulge in such activity openly by not concealing their identities.
Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the

No.18360 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 2/2 petitioner, namely, Umesh Raut be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Trial No. 7475/2014 arising out of Complaint Case No. C-1064 of 2011, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
