The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of non discharge dated 1.12.2014 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas, Sasaram, in Sessions Trial No. 387 of 2014 arising out of Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014.

The Petitioner seeks discharge on the point that there is no positive evidence in the case diary as against the Petitioner. Considering that this fact will be ascertained only at the stage of Trial, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands dismissed.
