The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/325/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant and snatched cash amount. It is further alleged that the informant received fracture injury on his hand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury has not been found grievous and the accusation is omnibus and general. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27938 of 2015 (3) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 It is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the injuries are not grievous on surrender of the petitioners within a period of six weeks in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No.59 of 2015, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
