ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 13-01-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the State and counsel for the A.G. appeared through virtual mode. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the payment of pension has been started. The only grievances of the petitioner is that there were 2 P.P.Os. issued. In the earlier P.P.O., the payable amount was at higher side. But in the later P.P.O., the payable amount is at

Patna High Court CWJC No. 15619 of 2021(2) dt.13-01-2023 2/2 lower side. Counsel for the State has filed counter affidavit. In this view of the matter, this application is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner that the petitioner may file his representation before the A.G. Office placing both the P.P.Os. and the A.G. shall pass a reasoned order and shall supply the copy of the same to the petitioner within 30 days from the date of filing his representation.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed off.
