Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Rajauli P.S.Case No. 108 of 2022.

The informant Deonandan Sao is the father of deceased, who was a girl of 20 years of age. As per prosecution case, his daughter committed suicide by hanging herself with ceiling fan. Allegedly the petitioner created hindrance in

No.41041 of 2022(2) dt.03-11-2022 2/3 marriage of the deceased as he had expressed his will and intent to marry with the deceased before the informant, but the petitioner had arranged his marriage to someone else which caused mental pressure on his daughter, resulting in her suicide. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent. He was willing to marry the daughter of the informant, but the informant was not ready to perform her marriage with the petitioner and it was the reason that his daughter committed suicide. The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2022.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S.Case No. 108 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:-

1. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make available as and when required by the court.

2. If the petitioner is found involved in future in the similar type of offence, the prosecution will have liberty to

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
