The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 51 of 2013 registered under Sections341, 324, 307, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It would appear from perusal of the first information report that the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with the informant in the year, 2010 but subsequently, she was subjected to cruelty by the petitioner and his other family members due to nonfulfillment of illegal demand and she was ousted from matrimonial home. Furthermore, it would appear from perusal of the first informant report that on 24-04-2013, the petitioner attempted to commit murder of the informant. The aforesaid allegation appears to be substantiated when the informant was examined by the doctor.

Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2109 of 2015 (2) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
