Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Having more or less similar allegation co-accused Faiyaz Alam and three others have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 6.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 41791/2016 and so far as the petitioner is concerned, he does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 11.7.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
