The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 504, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of the Atrocities) Act.

Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 439 of 2014 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi (Patna).
