The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maner P.S. Case No. 686 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is mother-in-law of deceased and she has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that no specific allegation of overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. Specific allegation of demand of Rupees two lacs, as dowry, has been made against husband of deceased. Petitioner has no concern with the marital affair of husband of the deceased. Petitioner is living separately with her husband in Patna. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as , in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of

No.47938 of 2019(6) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Nutan Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 686 of 2018 on the following conditions:

"(1) Petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present, as directed by the Court and on her absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, her bail-bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.

(2) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses, in that case, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail."
