The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 149 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
As per the prosecution case, it is stated that as a result of dispute and fight between the students of two hostels, the named accused persons including the petitioner herein hurled bomb on the informant and others. It is further stated that two of the police personnel were also cooperating with them. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. No person was injured in the said occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for about 1 year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case no.178 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class 20, Civil Court, Patna Sadar, Patna.
