The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419, 420, 467 Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Bihar Vidyalaya Parikcha Niyantrak Adhiniyam.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Nawada Town P.S.
