JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jamhore P.S. Case No. 25 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-30(a) and 38(i) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted that petitioner is a lady. She has clean antecedent. She is said to be in custody since 12-03-2017. As per allegation, 45 litres country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and she is a lady, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jamhore P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20793 of 2017 (2) dt.05-05-2017 2/2 Case No. 25 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Aurangabad subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) A.K.V./- U T
