1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 214 of 2023 registered under section 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was caught with one loaded country made pistol on 28.03.2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has been falsely implicated and the pistol was implanted by the police. The antecedent have been explained by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in some of the cases the petitioner have been

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 214 of 2023.

8. The petitioner will visit Nagar police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
