2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 48.375 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a Tempo, of which, this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the vehicle in question, from which, aforesaid recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
