Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 13.06.2016 in Rail (Bhagalpur) P.S. Case No.55/2016(G.R. No.55/2016) registered for the offence under Section 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no stolen article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is having clean antecedent .He has falsely been made accused in the present case. Case No.55/2016 (G.R.No.55/16).
