Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. C 50 of 2017 registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
