The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general against the entire family members of the petitioners.

Considering the thrust of the accusation is against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26781 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 76 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
