The petitioner seeks bail in Sabour P.S. Case No. 293 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report itself the informant has alleged that two unknown miscreants came on Motorcycle and fired causing injury to him. The name of petitioner has come merely on suspicion. It is alleged that petitioner along with co-accused Mukesh Ram had sent two unknown persons who had made firing on the informant with intention to kill.

Petitioner is in custody since 24.1.2019.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sabour P.S.
