JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they abused and assaulted the informant, his brother and other relatives of the informant and brother of the informant died during the course of treatment.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedents. Petitioners are ladies and no allegation of assault has been alleged against them. They have been falsely implicated in the present case for ulterior motive. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26785 of 2015 (3) dt.23-09-2015 2 / 2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with Rosera P.S. Case no. 372 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
