2. Mr. Anurag Saurav, learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the writ petition need not be pressed.

3. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner, the writ petition accordingly stands disposed.

4. Office shall follow-up to ensure that all defects are removed and compliance with the notices of this Court are made by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
