The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a)/41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

341 liters of Nepali Saufi wine has been recovered from three motorcycles.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of any of the alleged motorcycles. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks
