Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Murar P. S. case no. 48/2014 registered under sections 408, 409 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards annexure 2 to the petition and submitted that BREDA had issued direction to purchase solar light from TATA BP solar lights vide letter no. 124-4 dated 13.11.2006 and the petitioner being Panchayat Secretary purchased TATA BP solar lights in accordance with the guidelines issued by BREDA.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12307 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Murar P. S. case no. 48/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
