This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302, 201 and 376(2) of the Indian Penal Code and 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offices Act. The first information report, relating to kidnapping and murder of the daughter of the informant, is against unknown. During initial investigation the family members of deceased did not raise any suspicion against any one. However, their statements were recorded twice and thrice and after eight months of the occurrence they raised suspicion against the petitioner. Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner is suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 3 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Special Judge POCSO Act-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, I, Madhubani, or successor Court.
