The petitioner seeks bail in Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 140 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 354, 354(D), 354(C), 354(B) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

The informant alleged that the petitioner was stalking her while she was going to school and put vermilion on her head.

Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was willing to marry with the victim. The allegation is false and concocted. The petitioner is in jail since 19.12.2016 and the case has been compromised.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
