2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 411, 414, 353, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 56 of Prevention of Illegal Mining Transport and Storage Rule, 2019 and Amendment Rule, 2021 and 21 of MMDR Act, 1975 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused persons are involved in illegal mining and transportation of sand. There is also allegation of several rounds of firing against petitioner and others. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent also.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46498 of 2024(2) dt.12-08-2024 2/2 antecedent of petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
