For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Saroj Kumar Sharma For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. A.P.P. ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-12-2016 It is unfortunate that even though only on 22.08.2016, the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected vide Cr.Misc.No.34761 of 2016 keeping in view the seriousness of accusation that the petitioner being a teacher had kidnapped a minor girl and continuously committed rape, the petitioner within short span of time has filed the present petition for grant of bail. Sri Saroj Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, tried to persuade the Court that there is no sufficient material against the petitioner. However, the Court is of the opinion that once after considering the merit of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, in such short span of time, second bail petition was not required to be entertained that too without substantial change of circumstances.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53349 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 The petition stands dismissed.
