Petitioner's counsel submits that the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioners of CWJC No 12988 of 2015 which has been disposed of by judgment dated 21.02.2018. He submits that the petitioner also is one of the empanelled candidates prepared for appointment on Group D Post in the district of Jamui. The prayer made by the petitioner's counsel is that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the judgment dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.9205 of 2015 (2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 21.02.2018 passed in CWJC No 12988 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, since the issue of appointment by way of regularization of the petitioner, has to be considered by the District Magistrate, Jamui, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the instant proceeding pending.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, in this case also, directs the District Magistrate, Jamui to consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
